Job Description
In this role, the Marketing Operations Lead will drive the strategic planning process, execution and integration of select marketing communication campaigns and tactics.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 15 month fixed-term contract position. This role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, ON and we are open to remote work arrangements to people already living in Canada.
- Drive the development and integration of select marketing communication campaigns and tactics
- Actively participate in and facilitate the annual campaign planning process by providing strategic direction and insight to the Marketing Operations and Customer Marketing teams
- Develop and/or provide guidance on the development of project briefs for tactical touchpoints in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure tactic outputs align to our campaign goals
- Set the strategic direction for all traditional media-based activity
- Project manage multiple complex marketing tactics at one time with various members of the marketing team
- Work with external vendors for projects that require promotional items, printing, shipping etc.
- Work with members of the Digital Marketing team to ensure offline and online tactics are properly integrated
