Description:
Datadog is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join a growing and global Campaign Operations team, reporting to the Director of Campaign Operations.
As we expand our footprint in EMEA, we need a dynamic and resourceful lead to help us grow campaign performance across the region. While you will be supported by the broader NYC team, this is an opportunity to mold our email strategy as the first campaign operations hire in the region. You will oversee the entire strategy, execution, and optimization of our email communication, partnering with teams in the region. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, regularly providing analytics and insight for channel optimization. If you’re a strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and results-driven professional with a passion for problem solving, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of high-quality ad hoc and automated programs in Marketo
- Segment lead database to build targeted audiences for promotional activities, ensuring partitions are in place to separate co-marketing leads from partner contacts
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and lead flow for partner-sourced leads and proactively raise concerns or flag opportunities for improvement
- Report on campaign performance to identify relevant trends, provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and drive implementation
- Proactively meet with partner teams to understand campaign plans and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices and automation capabilities
- Manage projects effectively, identify and escalate any potential campaign conflicts
- Stay informed about the latest compliance and legal developments in email marketing and ensure adherence
