WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven track record: Extensive experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Entrepreneurship: An entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to roll up your sleeves as we grow the business.
- Technical knowledge: A HubSpot native - especially in its interactions with Salesforce.
- Reporting capability: Strong analytical skills, able to report on data from multiple systems to draw out performance insights and drive improvement.
- Critical thinking: Experience in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to technical flows.
- Communications: Excellent communicator, collaborator, and presenter.
- Delivering with others: Internal influence and relationship building, especially with the Marketing and Sales teams, to help prioritize improvements against broader business needs and enable smooth execution of campaigns and projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in growing and scaling our global business. Core responsibilities include operating and continuously optimising the end-to-end marketing technology stack to enable and enhance our targeted marketing approach. The role is global, with an emphasis on North America, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Location: Flexible in the UK with a preference for candidates who are within commutable distance to either our Derry, Oxford or Nottingham offices
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Owning marketing automation and operations, centred around HubSpot, Salesforce, and also incorporating the latest marketing technologies.
- Driving best practices in campaign execution, lead nurturing, email marketing, A/B testing, and full-funnel reporting.
- Enabling and refining processes to optimise and measure touchpoints through each stage of the buyer journey.
- Own our website - and partner with our Digital, Campaign and Content Marketing teams to publish, measure, and optimise it.
- Owning a lead scoring model, and working closely with the Revenue Operations team to establish lead routing best practices.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to build, refine and optimise our account-based marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Customer Success to help define and deliver effective prospect and customer marketing experiences.
- Working closely with Product Marketing to ensure our CRM databases have the right quantity and quality of marketable target personas.
- Aligning and collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership on funnel definitions, pipeline goals, SLAs, and unified funnel reporting to help drive alignment and optimization throughout the lead-to-close process.
- Documenting the structure of all marketing systems and lead in the training and onboarding for new team members, including mentoring the wider Marketing team on marketing operations best practices.
- Auditing and strengthening global compliance for all of our marketing programs to drive better outcomes for customers and the Learning Pool, including GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and more.
