Description:

Laserfiche is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the processes, platforms and data required to execute marketing campaigns at Laserfiche. As the “glue” that holds together day-to-day marketing functions, this person is responsible for ensuring campaigns and processes run efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem solving, data analysis and interacting with marketing technology platforms. This person should be comfortable working cross-functionally with teams and departments to support growth goals and meet stakeholder needs.
This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation and is part of the Demand Generation Team. This person will also work closely with the Business Transformation Office – which is responsible for administering and managing marketing and sales platforms across the company.

ABOUT YOU - ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing data management, marketing automation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo). Pardot experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • B2B marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Email marketing database management experience—including importing contacts, maintaining list segmentations, managing drip campaigns and more.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master new software applications as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support internal collaboration.
  • Professionalism and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience amongst other factors.

  • Range: $88,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Managing our marketing automation system and marketing contact database, including:
  • Managing campaign attribution in Salesforce. This includes creating and updating Salesforce campaigns and Pardot automations to support attribution for customer, prospect and partner-facing campaigns.
  • Managing lead scoring and grading, which includes identifying funnel trends and updating Pardot automations to ensure all marketing touchpoints are accounted for in measuring lead quality.
  • Frequent lead data imports and exports, including importing CSVs of leads from external, 3rd party marketing efforts while accounting for data points such as marketing opt-in, lead score, campaign membership and more. This also includes exporting data to securely share leads with partners.
  • Managing lead and customer nurturing efforts (i.e. drip campaigns). This includes working with stakeholders and copywriters on content creation, managing the associated data and automated workflows, and monitoring results on a routine basis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Creating and updating marketing forms to ensure accurate, consistent data is flowing into our marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving sync errors between Pardot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data sync between systems.
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales by:
  • Ensuring leads and critical data flow seamlessly to SDRs and other sales team members to support lead qualification efforts.
  • Marketing and demand generation reporting for select campaigns, including but not limited to:
  • Building Salesforce dashboards and reports measuring data such as MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and estimated ARR for marketing campaigns and channels as needed.
  • Support global data privacy compliance within our marketing efforts, including:
  • Managing marketing opt-in preferences as needed for our marketing contact database.
  • Responding to data subject access requests (DSAR) as needed to comply with data privacy regulations (e.g. data deletion requests).
  • Ensuring campaigns account for marketing opt-in rules, which includes monitoring the campaign’s platforms and data collection points and implementing adjustments where needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation on marketing processes, automations, and data management practices to continuously explain and publicize processes internally.
  • Work with the BTO Platforms Team to build, test, deploy and make recommendations on marketing platform integrations.
  • Deploy and manage surveys targeted at customers and leads as needed
