Description:

DESCRIPTION

Hi I’m Freddie, Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Pinpoint.
We’re a high-growth, HR-Tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.
Our Marketing and Partnerships team has expanded rapidly over the past year, and we’re now seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. This role will be crucial in expanding our data enrichment architecture and launching integrated campaign experiments to advance our reporting and systems, ensuring we’re implementing and optimizing the right strategies over time.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING:

  • All of our Go-to-Market operations fall under RevOps, and this role reports directly to the RevOps lead. This structure ensures we have an unbiased scope to work across the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on the areas that need us most.
  • This role will primarily support the Marketing team, which includes Growth Marketing, Events, Content, Partnerships, and our Outbound SDR team.
  • This UK-based role is mostly remote with in-person team meetups a few times per year. Our headquarters is in Jersey, UK, and we have a distributed remote team of 70 members spanning the UK and the U.S.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing operations and/or growth marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong expertise in marketing analytics and working with complex datasets
  • High technical aptitude (Huge plus if you can work with SQL, Python, or similar languages)
  • Natural self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems independently before seeking assistance
  • Thrives in a high-growth scale-up environment and understands its demands. Able to strategically prioritize to deliver maximum value
  • Startup experience and the ability to work efficiently with limited resources.
  • Based in the UK

ABOUT PINPOINT

We’re changing the way companies hire, and rewriting the rules of recruitment.
We build talent acquisition software, setting out to fix broken hiring processes that make it so hard for great candidates and great companies to find each other.
We do this by being the only applicant tracking system on the market that’s both fast and easy to use, while being flexible enough to manage complex workflows as companies grow.
We believe attracting the right people and building the strongest teams means being different, not better. It means helping candidates understand what you do and don’t offer—warts and all. And enabling your whole team to be part of the hiring process.
If you’re looking for somewhere you can learn quickly, make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced business, and grow your career, you’re in the right place.
We’ll enable you to do your best work with the tools you need, support from the rest of the team, and an expectation that you’ll challenge that status quo—helping us continually improve what we do

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all campaign operations across Marketing and Partnerships, with strategic projects supporting the Product and Customer Success teams as needed
  • Lead our marketing signals database and contribute to our wider data and enrichment architecture. Ensure we maintain robust data management practices
  • Leverage enriched Hubspot data to develop and maintain smart lists, campaigns, sequences, and email subscriptions across customer and prospect databases
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships team on campaign sprints, ensuring streamlined processes, comprehensive tracking, and effective cross-team communication
  • Transform our marketing reporting capabilities, from granular channel-level metrics to sophisticated attribution models and funnel analysis
  • Oversee the Google Tag Manager container for our marketing website
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for our Marketing Ops procedures, coordinating communications to ensure consistent process adoption
