We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing processes, implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment across various marketing functions to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing operations execution – ideally in B2B SaaS technology - preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in CRM (ideally SFDC), MAP (ideally HubSpot) and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding and technical workflows related to email templating and landing page creation.
  • A creative problem solver using all available tools and techniques to get stuff done.
  • Commitment to innovation, integrity, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Implement & Regularly Assess our Marketing Systems Architecture and Strategy -

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure that essential tooling is in place and optimized to support a marketing-funnel-to-sales-pipeline (and beyond) lead journey that is architected for efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate on the vision for our marketing technology roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, lead routing, attribution, lead processing, database enrichment/optimization, measurement, and reporting.

Assist with Marketing KPI Reporting & Analytics -

  • Work closely together with marketing, revenue operations and leadership to ensure effective processes are in place to actively monitor, analyze, measure, and report the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Ensure that our data is as clean and accurate as possible so that all our processes can fully utilize and rely on that information.

Marketing Automation -

  • Create the processes needed for dynamic email campaigns with personalization and dynamic content.
  • Optimize our lead scoring to identify and target the right leads at the right time.
  • Manage lead intake for all demand activity, and any other campaign support as it relates back to marketing automation.
