QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, particularly within Enterprise B2B or AI-driven platforms. A proven track record in managing and optimizing complex marketing technology stacks and CRM systems is essential.
SKILLS:
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, with a strong focus on integrating AI tools to drive innovation.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience in using AI to extract actionable insights from data and inform strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize marketing processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them toward common goals.
- Strong technical acumen in managing a diverse marketing technology stack, focusing on continuous innovation and improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional marketing operations, AI, or related technologies certifications are considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- AI-Enhanced Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization: Lead the implementation, management, and continuous optimization of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with a focus on integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Innovation & Scalability: Design and refine marketing processes to maximize efficiency, ensuring high data quality and scalability. Leverage AI to automate tasks, enabling the marketing team to focus on strategic initiatives and innovation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and IT teams, ensuring that all systems are integrated and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Foster collaboration across departments to drive cohesive and impactful marketing operations.
- Advanced Performance Analysis & Strategic Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to track key marketing performance metrics. Generate actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Technology Stack Management & Innovation: Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring that all tools are up-to-date, effectively utilized, and aligned with best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating emerging technologies to enhance the company’s marketing capabilities.
