MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for motivated professional to help streamline the processes to align with the memory test division’s high growth plan.

  • In this role you will be the key interface between the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer requirements for highly custom test equipment in terms of configuration, quantity, timing and delivery.
  • Manage Product Commercialization/Pricing (Value-Based Pricing) & Communication/Branding
  • Help clarify the SalesForce implementation as Project Manager (CRM, CPQ functions)
  • Manage the quoting and product configuration process.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to develop detailed product configurations.
  • Manager customer pricing agreement contracts, MFC Pricing (Customer pricing agreements)

ALL ABOUT YOU

Seeking 7-12 years of experience in the following:

  • Working knowledge of semiconductor chip testing desired.
  • Experience supporting customers.
  • SalesForce Skills is preferred
  • Program and project management experience managing multiple cross functional teams across multiple time zones highly desired.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a passion for building relationships with enthusiasm and high-energy
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills required

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Marketing, or Sales OR equivalent experience with a strong business background.
    Nearest Major Market: San Jose
