Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and executing UrVenue’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on both general and digital marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with various departments, this utility player will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to: content writing, B2B email marketing and strategy, social media management, along with an ability for creative design.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is highly motivated as well as a creative thinker who excels at crafting compelling marketing messages and has a proven track record of thinking outside the box.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with UrVenue’s brand and business goals.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design and execute B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists based on client profiles and behavior to deliver targeted messages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize email marketing efforts to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate compelling content that reflects UrVenue’s brand voice and values.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community.
  • Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with UrVenue’s branding guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate on the development of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive results.
  • Develop unique messaging that differentiates UrVenue in the marketplace.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
