Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the founders and senior leadership to craft and execute a marketing strategy that accelerates the brand’s expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of an emerging fashion powerhouse and lead impactful campaigns that elevate the brand. You will be channel agnostic and have an overview of all areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Brand Building: Enhance the brand presence and awareness across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Customer Engagement: Lead data-driven campaigns that boost customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing to maximise ROI.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Market Insight: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
