EDUCATION

  • Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing.
  • Advanced certification in Agile Marketing or Digital Marketing is considered an asset.Certification in Project Management is considered an asset.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years’ marketing operations experience, with a focus on large-scale campaign management, managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.Experience within the casino, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, this position ensures the smooth execution, coordination, and training of marketing initiatives across SIGA Casinos. This role supports the strategic objectives of the Marketing Operations team by managing day-to-day operational tasks, maintain campaign timelines, tracking performance metrics, and providing training on marketing tools and processes. The Marketing Operations Specialist position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include: Coordinating, training and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery. Developing and delivering training programs on marketing tools, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across marketing teams. Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Ensuring all marketing materials meet SIGA’s quality standards by conducting regular quality assurance checks. Providing operational support to resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
