This is a position for a Marketing Operations Specialist – Motorola in the Mobile Business Group, one of the fastest growing divisions for Lenovo group. You will report to our Motorola MEA Marketing Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, financial processes, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Purchase Processes: Support country marketing teams in managing quarterly budget execution; Coordinate securing quotations, raising purchase order (PO), ensure timely processing of invoices, and track payment dates; Ensure all investment activities are executed in line with plans; Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain all digital and physical marketing materials received from global & regional teams; Manage the asset repository, ensuring marketing teams have access to up-to-date assets; Data Processing & Reporting; Process marketing data to generate reports and actionable business insights; Analyze marketing performance data using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; Deliver insights that inform marketing strategies and drive optimization of marketing activities.
  • Operational Support: Implement and maintain marketing processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency; Provide general support to the marketing teams such as procurement of promotion material, co-ordination of events, across multiple countries to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day tasks.
