As a leader within the Marketing Chapter you are an innovative thinker that brings a wealth of experience in all things related to Marketing. You are externally focused on all stakeholders including a very patient and customer centric mindset in order to build and maintain solid lasting partnerships.
You are a strong strategist who openly searches out new and creative approaches with the ability to co-create within a cross-functional team to develop, implement, and adjust strategic and tactical plans. In addition, you bring an agile working style, a curious mindset with the ability to question and challenge the status quo. As a Marketing Partner you are a curious catalyst who works to remove silos, every day bringing strong business acumen and using experimentation to enable end to end agile strategic process for our therapeutic areas and external ecosystems in order to meet the needs of our stakeholders (patients and customers). You inspect the healthcare ecosystem holistically utilizing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to continuously derive actionable insights that can be leveraged through omni-channel strategies and plans including digital engagement to provide a great customer and stakeholder experience.
