Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the GTM & Partnerships team under Marketing Department as a Marketing Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable collaboration opportunities with external partners to engage with both leisure and business customers, enhance customer experiences, and ultimately drive brand consideration, sales, and retention. This is an FTC to cover maternity leave from October 2024 to Spring 2025.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in leading and delivering successful partnership projects supported by high-performing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to plan and deliver activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness with experience in performance analysis.
  • Fluency in English & French (Dutch/German is a bonus) with a deep understanding of European and UK markets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of the travel market, particularly in the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
  • Experience in activating sports partnerships and sponsorships is a plus
  • University degree at Bachelor level minimum (Master’s preferred) or equivalent work-based experience.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone to:

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of a global partnership framework.
  • Identify and prioritize relevant brands for partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate marketing agreements and contracts with external partners.
  • Oversee the successful execution of partnership activation plans within budget and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ancillary, GTM, PR) to ensure alignment and consistency in partnership activations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise and guide the Marketing Partnership Officer based in Brussels.
  • Monitor the impact of partnerships through customer KPIs, including engagement, customer experience, and brand proximity.
  • Produce and share detailed performance reports, including ROI analysis and key learnings.
  • Suggest improvements based on performance data and insights.
  • Lead the implementation of the 2for1 programme on the continent for Q1 2025.
  • Contribute to Eurostar’s 30th-anniversary partnership strategy.
