Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • ICP Expert
  • Foster a deep knowledge of our ICPs and bringing them to life around the business with clear indicators and examples
  • Compliance (Retail Exchanges, Payment Services, Banking & Liquidity Providers) and Government (LEA & Regulators)
  • Understand and adopt the buyer journey from problem to solution and product
  • Develop customer journey mapping to understand the most common purchase bundles, touchpoints and experiences for up-sell opportunities
  • Product Positioning
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Product, Sales, Solutions Consultants, Intelligence and the Government team to collate differentiation for Elliptic’s product suite
  • Apply differentiations for our ICPs to land positioning across all materials and touchpoints
  • Support Account Management, Customer Success and Sales to engage key accounts on complex product positioning
  • Develop GTM material framework to ensure Product is at the heart of our pitches and customer conversations
  • Partnerships
  • Support reseller and referral partnerships to ensure their sales teams understand our product USPs and market positioning
  • Proactively engage and explore new commercial opportunities with partners to generate incremental revenue
  • Execute and measure the success of high-performing co-marketing campaigns, content, virtual and in-person events with partners’ marketing teams
  • Customers
  • Participate, capture and build on the success of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Evaluate the onboarding of our high value customers with AMCS to build white glove marketing materials to reduce churn through increased adoption.
