About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Planning Assistant to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting campaign planning, market research, and data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and results for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and campaign information.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and handling correspondence.
