As a Lidl Marketing Planning Officer, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. From producing plans for all our marketing campaigns to creating briefs for our creative teams, you’ll be working with a wide variety of stakeholders across Marketing, Promotions and Buying. You’ll be working at the heart of our campaigns and with our teams across the business to promote the Lidl brand.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Media & Strategy teams to create briefs and plans for all marketing campaigns
  • Use customer insights and work with our agencies to identify opportunities to promote our products and the trusted Lidl brand
  • Liaise with the Promotional and Buying teams to factor in products and showcase their credentials
  • Organise and lead campaign planning meetings and share weekly briefing packs with senior creative teams and key stakeholders within the Marketing and Buying departments
  • Manage the communications strategy for the Lidl Plus app, developing a communications plan to support weekly promotions

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrable planning experience working across a mix of channels
  • Experience of working at a fast pace with a high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Marketing experience preferred
