Position Title: Marketing/Program Coordinator
Position Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time, grant-funded through December 2025
Reports To: Associate Director, Marketing

PROGRAM SUMMARY:

The Marketing/Program Coordinator, under the oversight of the Associate Director, Marketing, contributes to the overall success of the organization by providing marketing and program support as well as project management to advance the USDA Healthy Meals Incentives (HMI) program. The Marketing/Program Coordinator supports the program through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including meeting and event preparation, correspondence, and note-taking. This is a full-time, grant-funded position through December 2025.

Education and Experience Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant work experience may substitute for degree.
  • Experience with office administration/management.
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and respond to changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Canva and Asana.Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing support including, but not limited to, graphic design and editing of materials.
  • Program support including, but not limited to, development of webinar and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide virtual and onsite logistical, production and technical support before, during and after meetings and events.
  • Data entry of information into Salesforce and other databases.
  • Design and implement operational systems to increase organization efficiency.
  • Support outreach efforts for the USDA Healthy Meals Incentives (HMI) program.
  • Provide technical support for the Marcomms Department across a variety of platforms (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Suite, Canva, etc).
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors.
  • Support event planning and coordination.
  • Coordinate website updates.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $44,706- $51,984.
    Expected hours of work - Hours of work are generally normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
    Travel - Minimal (less than 5%), as necessary and safe
    Work environment - This role is remote.
