WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Stinson is looking for a Project Manager who is a master at getting things done. You will also be responsible for maintaining project reports and documentation and reconciling the project data against its associated SOW.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for effective and accurate Project Planning and Resource Management on our ClickUp platform. These activities include but are not limited to creating project schedules, allocating resources and resource levelling. The goal is to maximize and balance resource utilization of our team’s capacity and inform our sales team of available resources in real-time.
You are expected to protect the integrity of the creative while ensuring all client expectations are consistently being met or exceeded.
You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You can monitor the health of the projects and report on project statistics. You have a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and an eye for quality assurance. You are a natural leader. You enjoy participating in brainstorming meetings and bring energy & fun into your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective communication between Production and Account Leads to strategically plan and execute projects from existing and new clients
  • Work closely with teams to manage the scope of each project and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Coordinate with the design leads to manage delivery, feedback, quality control, and the revision process
  • Make suggestions and understand when to flag requested revisions that may interfere with the quality of the deliverable or exceed scope
  • Schedule and attend project-related meetings
  • At the completion of a project, prepare project closure documents & surveys and, at times create case studies about the project experience and highlights
  • Contribute new ideas, best practices and ways of working to support the growth of our lines of business and streamline operations across the agency
  • Day-to-day resource management by working directly with the Production & Accounts Teams to understand resource availability and plan workload in real-time
  • Work with Operations as well as Account teams to maintain and update data on our reports, project trackers and documents
