WHAT ARE THE DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS?

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH MARKETING PLATFORMS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS:Previous hands-on experience managing platforms or similar tools, is essential to ensure effective system oversight.
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:Ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and implement solutions that drive process improvements and platform optimization.
  • EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING USER TRAINING AND SUPPORT:Ability to design and lead training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective adoption and ongoing support of marketing technologies.
  • SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF MARKETING AND SALES ENABLEMENT:Familiarity with how marketing technologies support sales teams, as well as a strong grasp of content management and digital marketing practices.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
  • STRONG TECHNICAL APTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN:Willingness to stay updated on the latest platform developments, tools, and features to continually enhance performance.
  • EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS (BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL):Proficiency in English is required to effectively interact with global teams and manage communications with external vendors.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING TOOLS:Familiarity with leveraging analytics to track engagement and usage, helping to drive insights and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of key marketing platforms - ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks, focusing on improving the effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders - Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and other teams to ensure the platforms meet the strategic needs of the business and that feedback is incorporated into ongoing improvements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure that team members are fully equipped to use the platforms effectively and are aware of any updates or changes.
  • Support sales enablement activities - Work closely with sales teams to ensure they have access to up-to-date marketing content, helping to improve sales efforts through better content management.
  • Maintain platform roadmaps and future developments - Regularly review platform capabilities and features to ensure that they are being used to their full potential, while also planning for future enhancements and integrations.
