MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

As a leader in future mobility, we are looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. This is a key role that will oversee the planning and execution of strategic marketing projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with our broader brand strategy and achieves critical business objectives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, ideally within a consumer-focused industry or multinational environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of marketing project plans that align with Hyundai’s brand strategy and business goals.
- Create project timelines, assign responsibilities to team members, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and ensure market alignment.
- Lead regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that project outcomes support broader marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze project performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials
