Description:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects to support our company’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and within approved budgets. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree: marketing, business, project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project and/or program management in marketing.
- Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
- Expertise and experience with ClickUp, Agile PLM and HubSpot
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional marketing-focused programs.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing in medical device industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management best practices, including documentation, standard operating procedures, and training sessions for the wider team.
- Own ClickUp project management software and manage tasks such as campaign management and task assignment to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Manage all marketing documentation related to Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM)
- Collaborate with Downstream Marketing and Product Management teams to oversee project lifecycles, manage project statuses, and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets, collateral, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Act as a primary liaison between working teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor team member workloads to prioritize tasks and coordinate outsourcing when required.
- Oversee consultants and marketing agencies: administer contracts, coordinate resource distribution, vendor management and ensure timely delivery in alignment with contractual agreements.
