ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Marketing Project Manager who will join our dynamic team of experienced marketers and lead diverse marketing projects.
As a Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will oversee and manage key marketing projects, be the main responsible for copywriting and ensure marketing activities support core business lines. Your main field of responsibility will cover:
- Implement Polytech MarCom strategy and annual plans, engage in diverse hands-on marketing and communication activities, playing a pivotal role in our mission.
- Create compelling content for both digital and traditional platforms, including social media, websites, press releases, brochures, sales presentations, and more.
- Digital Marketing: Management and continuously improve the Polytech’s website, enhance our social media presence (currently LinkedIn and WeChat) and optimize our other digital marketing efforts (incl. SEO and similar)
- Drive market activation and implement marketing campaigns leveraging core business line and Polytech corporate brand
- Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and business partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness in communication efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in a similar B2B MarCom role, including product marketing, market activation, campaign development and implementation
- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for technical subjects.
- Experience from the wind energy industry is a major advantage.
- Ability to understand and convey complex products and solutions.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally a master’s, in Marketing, Communications, or related business studies.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as Umbraco, EpiServer, or similar platforms.
