Responsibilities:
- Total responsible for purchasing merchandise/giveaways
- Find and compare suppiers
- Collect offers and samples
- Quality check of samples, involving internal departments
- Negotiate offers
- Coordinate purchase/delivery process
- Distrubute merchandise among NRF entities
- Researching and establishing relationships with factories and suppliers
- Managing orders from suppliers – deadlines and delivery
- Come up with new merchandise/giveaways ideas
- Working with(in) budgets
- Daily work with the ERP system to keep information up-to-date
- Managing product catalogues with stock information up to date
- You will be part of an international marketing team and have daily contact with them
