- Preferably proven interest in Data Mining, Market Research Gathering experience
- Discipline to mine data from various traditional means to online sources
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Organised, analytical, detailed and hands-on driven
- Good knowledge of using and manipulating data on MS Excel
- Decent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- To conduct quantitative research for various business strategic initiatives i.e. Packaging,Industrial and building Components industry
- Conduct extensive data mining from various online sources through search engines, and paid research journals
- To aggregate and organize these data into actionable excel itemsIntegrate and analyze data from multiple sources to develop marketing intelligence and insights
- Validate data to ensure that the mined-data are accurate and reliable
- Make recommendations based on data
- Assist marketing team in various business development tasks
- Carry out cold calling to conduct offline data gathering and information
