• Maintain highest standards of a 5* superior hotel communication
• Ensure outstanding brand awareness and standard
• Create GRACE communication tools, both online & print
• Shape all digital stages of GRACE
• Develop and monitor online/offline marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness
• Oversee SEO/SEA, digital ads on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and track performance using Google Analytics
• Assist with updates, ensuring content aligns with marketing goals on our website
• Research trends, create photo and video content for social media, and maintain a strong aesthetic sense. Be capable of designing promotional materials for both social media and print using tools like Canva or InDesign
• Manage Sales contracts, agreements, proposals, and reports for management
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, F&B, and events
• Create memorable, lasting and individual experiences
• Be pro-active and very creative
• Take ownership
• Take responsibility in any part of the operational process
• Your smile is infectious and you treat people as if they were your best friends

• You speak German and English
