SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Philanthropy, the Marketing & Sales Manager is a tireless ambassador for the Y, responsible for leading and executing the organization’s marketing and sales strategies in support of multiple departments. This individual will use data-driven decision making and best practices with revenue maximization as the primary goal to further the social purpose and greater community impact at the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 5 year(s): Experience leading a high-functioning marketing team, with demonstrated success in building marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. A combination of experience will also be considered.
