Description:

Marketing & Sales Method Leader Nordics


Standard and Process

  • Implement M&S process/standards/organizational changes to support stakeholders in reaching their business ambitions/targets
  • Deploy the Sales bonus defined by the Region
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are used. Make corrective action if deviation

Customer Relationship Management

  • Deploy the CRM roadmap with multiple stakeholders and ensure usage of all modules including new features
  • Deploy change management plan and track the progression
  • Contribute to improve structure and quality of data in the CRM solution
  • Analyze Sales, Opportunity, Lead activities and propose actions plan to close the gap
  • Monitor Request Management process and inform assigned stakeholders of a given responsibility when deviation
  • Monitor Sales Enablement process and inform assigned stakeholders of a given responsibility when deviation
  • Track satisfaction and perceived value of the Customer/Employee digital experience. Propose corrective action if needed
  • Ensure modules are tested prior to deployment
  • Formalize “use cases” if new features or modifications are needed

Daily support

  • Ensure the “Gate Keeping” for M&S and prioritize actions to ensure respect of work life balance.
  • Implements metrics to follow and optimize M&S efficiency.
  • Share good & transversal practices with the network

Development and training

  • Deploy defined training to close the competency gaps identified
  • Adapt training to local specificities
  • Provides formal coaching to other professionals on best practices
  • Adapts and implements innovative solution to the call method, sales technics, marketing practices

KEY EXPERIENCES IN:

  • Proven experience as key account manager
  • Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Proven experience is multi-tasking several accounts
  • Proven ability to communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
  • Experienced with Salesforce “Engage”
