Marketing/Sales Representative (English Only - Remote Opportunity)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Sales Representative to join our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, conducting market research, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via email and phone calls.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain an updated client database and record all interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
