Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, or Social Media experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experienc

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading marketing strategy with a focus on brand development, messaging, positioning, customer acquisitions
  • Large scale marketing campaign management experience
  • Expert in digital channels, customer journey optimization
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Senior Manager that oversees several functions for the Small & Business Banking (SBB) Marketing Team. The role is responsible for establishing the messaging and positioning of Wells Fargo’s Small & Business Banking products and services and will partner closely with the Brand Management team. The role has ownership of the WellsFargo.com Small & Business Banking content, online resource center, customer journeys, A/B Testing, Make an Appointment flow, and online conversion rates. The individual will align product launches and promotions. The role will ensure brand identity consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Wells Fargo Business Banking brand positioning and messaging strategy that results in improved brand awareness, consideration, and new customer growth. The role will be the subject matter expert in how to properly message the business banking products and services so they resonate with existing and prospective customers.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Management Team to develop Wells Fargo Business nationwide advertising assets, including television, radio, in-branch promotions, outdoor, and direct mail. Review analytical results daily to deliver business results and customer-obsessed experiences
  • Provide ongoing performance updates to CSBB CMO, SBB leadership team, and other C-suite level executives
  • Collaborate with various Brand Management partners, Enterprise Digital Marketing stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver new customers and balance goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, including digital capabilities to increase scale and profitability across digital acquisition strategies
  • Build offer strategy including the launch of cash offers program which provides incentives for new customers to join Wells Fargo
  • Manage allocation of people, justify investments, and optimize financial resources for Marketing

Pay Range:

  • New York City, NY- Pay Range 138,500- 287,600 USD Annual
  • California- Pay Range: 138,500- 287,600 USD Annual
  • Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
