WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your educational background in Engineering or Economics with 4-6 years of experience in Consultancy.
You have a solid understanding of project management, organizational design, and process mapping.
Your methodological and proactive approach, combined with a problem-solving and results-oriented mindset, will enable you to work independently across multiple areas in a dynamic environment. Interacting effectively with individuals at various organizational levels, including senior functions, will be essential.
Your curiosity and commitment to learning will drive your success in this dynamic environment.
Finally, you are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

By covering this position, you will be responsible for organizational evolution in terms of organizational structure, governance and processes, supporting the achievement of the business objectives.
You will be part of the team Organization & Improvement Marketing and Strategic Functions and work closely together with different departments within the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thanks to your knowledge of organizational design, you will support the evolution of the Group organization by developing integration mechanisms.
You will be responsible for designing roles and responsibilities, as well as creating new processes and conducting gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
You will build an overview of various departments and organizational structures to oversee and improve the workload management.
Additionally, you will plan the organizational evolution by identifying a roadmap and key milestones to guide the process.
Moreover, your role will involve providing change management methodologies to facilitate change initiatives.
You will act as a change agent, supporting the business with effective argumentation to promote acceptance of changes.
On top of this, you will manage the implementation of organizational projects at Function level and oversee the project portfolio, offering updates and proposals to the Function Manager for issue management and prioritization.
You will plan, design, and monitor governance mechanisms to ensure that decision-making processes are structured and involve the necessary stakeholders.
