We are looking to hire a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, for one of our member companies that services Hamilton, ON, to elevate their brand presence and engage our audience through digital platforms. Our member is a leader in the sales and distribution of heavy equipment, intermodal container handling, and industrial forklift lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage our target audience.
  • Create, curate, and manage original content (graphics, video, blogs) that aligns with our brand and resonates with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting tactics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Design and manage online ad campaigns, coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
  • Maintain a high standard of brand consistency and messaging in all marketing efforts.
