Description:
IDEKU is seeking a creative and go-getting contributor to join our internship programme.
You will have the chance to be a part of a significant role in influencing marketing strategies and suggesting the ideal marketing mix to meet the marketing goals. You should have inquisitive and tech-savvy traits to self-discover the product and develop content that promote the product value to the target audience.
During the internship, you will be able to hone your B2B marketing skills and gain many valuable real-world learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies in line with business goals;
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brand on various social media platforms
- Help to manage content creation online, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Create, review, and edit various marketing and communication materials to ensure consistency with brand identity.
- Creating online collaterals (Basic Photoshop, Canva and Video Editing Skills is a bonus] for various purposes (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, posters, etc);
- Monitoring and report the effectiveness of campaigns and ads;
- Stay abreast of the industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands;
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms, promptly addressing inquiries;
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and operations of programmes and events as opportunities arise;
- Undertaking administration tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to cultivate relationships
- Ability to craft impactful Marketing content and campaigns
- Proficiency in social media platforms and design related tools.
- A willingness to learn; with an open mind.
- Creative, curious, and analytical.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to problem-solve.
- Experience in event management and marketing campaigns is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads is advantageous.
