Under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic and creative professional who can effectively handle a variety of tasks, including content creation, campaign management, and data analysis, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Guelph, O

• Plan, create, and execute monthly email campaigns to engage with Ren’s Rewards members
• Plan content for in store and online promotions to drive traffic
• Maintain quoting and track marketing spend to budget with a direct line to the Finance team
• Manage promotional timelines, including sign offs and proofing
• Plan, create, and execute internal and external marketing contests and giveaways to help build brand recognition and acquire new rewards members
• Proof and distribute press releases to designated recipients
• Manage external relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage in-store audio content
• Assist Marketing Manager in the development and execution of campaigns, new company initiatives and special projects as assigned
