Under general supervision; recommends, facilitates, and executes marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of campaign across channels are complete, as listed in below. Position may specialize in specific growth areas in Travel delivering Five Diamond service during all business transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conception, execution & management of marketing strategies. Includes campaign tactics for direct and digital marketing and paid media tactics.
  • Works with marketing team and business line management, as needed, to define creative strategy and success metrics. Communicates creative concept and key marketing information to in-house and external creative teams as well as e-business departments.
  • Manages and traffics all marketing jobs; ensuring timely and cost-conscious project completion. Measures the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Tracks budget and campaign expenses.
  • Builds professional relationships with Senior Management of Club business lines; ensures timely and effective communication regarding all marketing programs. May leads monthly business line meetings and serve as the main liaison with business line.
  • Reports on campaign effectiveness and recommends adjustments as needed. Prepares reports and presentations to highlight campaign success and metrics.
  • Seeks and provides information to help business lines understand customers, competitive sets, and trends.
