REIMAGINE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Belgium and play a key role in driving growth and engagement in the energy and industrial sectors. In this role, you will support our business growth by creating and nurturing new leads across various platforms, including social media, and executing strategies tailored to local markets. You will help shape and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing offers, ensuring that our products and services reach the right audience with maximum impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help increase our market share and brand awareness in alignment with business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (required).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through social media and other channels.
  • Define and execute local strategies for market entry and growth offers.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and repot on all activities, ensuring strong ROI and budget management.
  • Optimize digital campaigns on platforms like SEO, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Drive market share growth in targeted segments and products.
  • Manage product lifecycles locally, from launch to end-of-life.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strengthen brand presence with impactful messaging.
