JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose
The ADM Agriculture Marketing Specialist will help advance the company’s business priorities by ensuring that the business is well positioned externally/internally and to work to create an inclusive, high performance culture.
To develop and execute well-structured trade shows, branding and marketing activities, as well as handling all communications activities for the ADM Agriculture team.
Your Responsibilities

Social Media:

  • Monitor and update ADM Agriculture social media channels
  • Edit weekly grain, seed and fertilser promotional videos and post to ADM Agriculture YouTube account
  • Ensure the ADM Agriculture website is up to date with careers, varieties, products, locations, news information

Stewardship around ADM Agriculture information:

  • Ensure the corporate ADM Agriculture presentation maintained and updated.
  • Collate weekly market reports, add to the website/social media/Mailchimp list and all ADM Agriculture
  • Collate monthly update reports and send to ADM Agriculture traders, farm traders and Mailchimp lists
  • Send AgriTrade News e-shot to ADM Agriculture management team plus specified Senior leaders each Thursday pm/Friday morning

Trade shows:

  • Book and organise shows attended by ADM Agriculture (including marquee and furniture hire)
  • Attend weekly communications and events planning call
  • Monitor branded show equipment (banners etc) and ensure stock is available for shows/events

Branding:

  • Order and monitor stock of branded promotional goods for shows/events and branded clothing/badges for events and new starters
  • Order business cards and branded stationery as required

Marketing and communications

  • Source ADM Agriculture stories for Inside News
  • Marketing/advertising projects as required

Administrative responsibilities:

  • ADM Agriculture business sponsorship applications
  • Use of NetSuite to request POs and receive invoices
  • Monitor ADM Agriculture enquiries mailbox and direct emails to appropriate person/department

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field of study is a differentiator.
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Proven success in leadership engagement and influence.
  • English native/ bi-lingual.
  • Handles changing priorities, a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines with ease and maturity.
  • Strong execution excellence with a highly collaborative mindset to drive shared results

Must be able to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. They should also understand how best to measure the success of communications programs and tactics.
