Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
 We’re looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our Consumer Value Management team. Ideally your experience to date will have been developed within the consumer or services industries and you will understand how large complex organisations operate.
This newly created role is designed to support key marketing initiatives which drive revenue. This role has a specific focus on execution of all consumer led marketing initiatives including propositions, campaigns, projects and general marketing tasks. The role is busy, and requires excellent communication, presentation, copywriting and stakeholder management skills. Your days will be varied covering responsibilities such as building segment insights, management of Go To Market processes, managing the content calendar, supporting key projects and initiatives across the broader team and leading consumer sustainability initiatives.
This broad remit role offers the opportunity to gain more valuable experience and further develop your skills and experience.

You will be able to articulately show us your proven marketing experience within a similar or transferable organisation to ours. You are commercially savvy, collaborative and know how to deliver within a busy collegial team environment. Your stakeholder management skills will be second to none and you’ll love working alongside other marketing experts to deliver great products and services.

You’ll be able to demonstrate;

• Marketing and/or Communications recognised qualification.
• Multiple years marketing experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong proven copywriting skills
• High attention to detail
• Below-the-line-marketing experience
• Ability to adapt and change direction at short notice
• Stakeholder management at all levels
