Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing/Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations for our Data Center Solutions Team and to be based in Hoofddorp, NL. Some of the main responsibilities:

• Data analysis, consolidation, and system data management during annual budgeting cycle.
• Support on arrangements for internal events, trip application, and expense reimbursement through our internal systems.
• Website and newsletter maintenance tasks in EMEA region. Translation for content in Russian language for website and content creation.
• Design and creating graphical documents for digital and print use.
• Marketing event support in exhibitions and region showrooms when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years proven working experience in marketing position for Electronics products.
• Excellent capability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Russian and Dutch are considered a plus.
• Capability in handling operating platforms, strong experience in SAP is a plus
• Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
• Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely.
• Full-time position and work in Hoofddorp office, the Netherlands.
