Esprit de Vie means ‘The Spirit of Life’ and is an Australian owned company to support and create a home for people over 65. Currently running our weekly Wellness programm and building our first retirement village opening mid this year.
Position Overview:
With upcoming projects we are seeking a professional all-round talent with an eye to detail for our leading position in Marketing and Brand Management. A key role within our company we require a creative, outside the box, strategic thinking team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management for all projects and programs
• Leading the branding and marketing activities, by creating the ultimate customer experience
• Manage and Develop new strategies and creative concepts throughout the brand and projects
• Create and execute marketing and design strategies for upcoming wellness programs
• Manage and optimise digital advertising through, google ads, social media ads and website
• Prepare and run promotion and launch events
• Prepare and operate the marketing budget

Required Skills/Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in a related field such as Management, Marketing, Communications
• Over 3 years experience in design, branding, and marketing within a relevant industry or similar.
• Experience in leadership role
• Perfect communication and team skills.
• Branding portfolio including real projects from start to finish
• Thinking outside the box with an eye for design and details
• Ability to work within multiple projects at the same time
• Strong network and contacts within European markets is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
