Description:

SUMMARY

Assists in managing the brand from a business and marketing perspective to achieve short term and long-term category contribution, market share and sales growth in designated markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company.

QUANTITATIVE SKILLS

Ability to use a computer to create customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data. Ability to analyze data and basic financial documents, and apply information to make decisions.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, analytical, and creative skills.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of trade shows
  • Lead cross functional team to execute F&F brand label projects
  • Process departmental invoices and track departmental budgets
  • Coordinates project initiatives to achieve on-time deliverables.
  • Assists in development of brand marketing plan.
  • Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical
  • Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training
  • Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action
  • Other duties as assigned
