This role is a perfect fit for you if you are a results-oriented Marketing professional with 2-3 years of Marketing experience under your belt, looking for a breadth of responsibility.
You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ years’ experience in a hands-on Marketing role, implementing successful marketing initiatives.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, solutions focussed mindset and an impeccable eye for detail.
- A Degree in Marketing or similar.
Technical capabilities you’ll bring to the role include:
- Experience working with CRM, delivering e-newsletters and eDMs.
- Experience developing engaging marketing content.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and social media channels (desirable).
- Previous experience in an authorised deposit-taking institution (desirable).

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager - Marketing, this role has a broad remit. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Implementing, monitoring and adjusting the Social Media content calendar to drive engaging content across existing channels: LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
- Creating high quality content for the website and social media channels.
- Executing eDM calendar to support the overall marketing plan.
- Co-ordinating printed and digital material to support ongoing marketing activities.
- Monitoring Social Media channels and responding accordingly.
- Working collaboratively across the Marketing team to monitor, review and report on marketing initiatives
