Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Insight Enterprise Solutions, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, digital strategy, and overall marketing roadmap. You’ll work directly with the Director and CEO to drive business growth, expand our reach, and contribute to our brand’s presence across various digital and traditional channels. This position requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in ICT, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership is a plus.
  • A collaborative, fun, and adaptable attitude to fit in with our growing team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/ marketing is desirable.
  • 2-4 years Experience as a marketing specialist is required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s overall marketing strategy, with an emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Brand development: Help establish and grow the company’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and values across all channels.
  • Digital presence and strategy: Manage and optimise digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Market research & competitor analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Content creation & management: Develop and oversee content for various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive success.
  • Campaign execution & performance tracking: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns; provide regular updates on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
  • Customer engagement & relationship building: Focus on building strong relationships with existing clients while attracting new clients to the business.
  • Event management: Plan and execute events or webinars that help raise the company’s profile and foster relationships with clients and partners.
  • Global market knowledge: We are looking to grow the business globally. Marketing knowledge for fashion and IT industry in Bangladesh, the landscape for export/ import knowledge will be beneficial.
