Description:
As a key member to the Marine (Sea-Doo, Manitou, and Alumacraft) marketing team, the marketing specialist will play a role in elevating our brands via strong last mile marketing strategies, campaigns and brand activations that aim to fuel demand for our powersport products. To do so, we are looking for someone with robust strategic skills, rooted in insights and analytics, who will bring the last mile of the consumer journey to the next level. We’re looking for someone who also has creative skills, making him/her able to judge creative work aligned with the brand identity. You must have experience in or with advertising agencies to build strong partnerships through collaboration. To deliver on promises, you must be an organized and rigorous project manager. You should use all of this to connect with our consumers in a unique and meaningful way!

Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Experience in managing a budget in support of marketing and event plans.
Excellent ability to develop and communicate marketing strategy and plans.
Ability to produce marketing messages with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis.
Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines as well as balance coordinator duties along with additional expectations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.
Strong project and change management experience.
Creative and passionate about strong brand image.
Result-driven, with strong analytical skills.
Experienced in brief writing and providing clear and actionable feedback.
Rigorous, organized and detail-oriented.
Good at multitasking and managing projects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
