Description:

We have an opportunity for a bold, creative, and curious Marketing Specialist – National Campaigns, to join our Brand and Channels team for a 12-month contract. We are open to candidates that are either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth based.
Working as part of our National Campaigns team with a particular focus on our Stockland Halcyon communities, contributing to the delivery of enquiry and sales, and to the building of brand reputation and performance through the implementation of national marketing initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in Campaign Management from either an in-house or agency career
  • Strong campaign development and implementation skills across the full media mix and through PESO media
  • Brand and acquisition campaign experience with a strong focus on digital channels, including website content development

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with a range of stakeholders, you will demonstrate strong relationship management skills to drive national marketing requirements for Stockland.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for national campaigns with a view to local level customisation for the Stockland business, and in particular relating to the Stockland Halcyon product
  • Support the positioning of the Stockland brand through customer communications initiatives, contributing to the improvement of key brand attributes, brand health, consideration, and preference, to enhance brand value and understanding
  • Support brand consideration, customer enquiry and sales with our always-on baseline program and impactful through-the-line campaigns, using brand as a key lever in driving active customer consideration
  • Collaborate to bring to life the customer journey through the acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless off and online ecosystem for customers
  • Support the development of best practice content, working with the web team to ensure the ongoing optimisation of website content for the portfolio, taking an SEO-first approach
