Palmer Glass & Carpentry Pty Ltd specialises in glass manufacturing, fabrication and installation for over 30 years, serving both residential and commercial clients. We provide high-quality glass solutions, including custom shower screens, balustrades, pool fencing and architectural glass. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, advising on service offerings and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, promotional activities and hands-on implementation to effectively market Palmer Glass & Carpentry Pty Ltd’s products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in highly relevant fields in marketing, advertising, business communications or public relations.
Ø 3+ years of experience in highly relevant fields, preferably within the construction, manufacturing or glass industry.
Ø Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools and CRM software.
Ø Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.
Ø Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ø Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights, specifically focusing on residential and commercial glass solutions.
Ø Develop and implement targeted marketing plans for pricing, promotion and sales that align with business our objectives.
Ø Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns that highlight our range of glass services, including custom shower screens, balustrades, pool fencing and architectural glass.
Ø Provide insights and recommendations for competitive pricing and positioning of Palmer Glass & Carpentry Pty Ltd’s products to attract both residential and commercial clients.
Ø Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email campaigns and SEO to ensure a strong online presence.
Ø Collaborate with the team to create compelling marketing materials, such as product brochures, promotional content, case studies and client testimonials.
Ø Develop lead generation strategies to support sales, ensuring that our marketing efforts attract potential clients effectively.
Ø Maintain and enhance Palmer Glass & Carpentry Pty Ltd’s brand image through consistent messaging, visual branding and a clear value proposition.
Ø Work closely with internal teams, vendors and external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts, maintain brand consistency and support business goals.
Ø Plan and coordinate trade shows, expos and local events to showcase our products and services and increase visibility in the market.
Ø Analyse data on consumer patterns and preferences and monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to optimise future campaigns.
Ø Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to help guide strategic marketing initiatives and product positioning.
