Description:

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Company: Goodyear

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and control marketing budget and activities for Poland
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies including various campaigns (Sell in, Sell out, Digital, B2B programs)
  • Establish and maintain digital presence, overseeing SEO strategy, email campaigns, social media, SEA campaigns
  • Plan and organize events such as annual dealer conferences, customer events, media events
  • Maintain strong relationship with key media, support development of press releases for significant organizational announcements, brand messaging across various communication channels
  • Facilitate cross-regional collaboration within the cluster team for marketing activities and events
  • Maintain ongoing cross-functional collaboration (sales, pricing, legal, finance department etc.)

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing
  • Professional experience in Marketing, ideally comprising Digital Marketing experience
  • Very good Polish & English oral and written capabilities (other languages are an asset)
  • Efficient communicator, structured, creative & dynamic personality
  • Project management skills
  • Comfort operating with numbers & analytical skills
  • Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Capability to well understand customers and internal teams needs
  • B2B marketing practice and tools knowledge incl. digital
  • Product and industry (automotive, transportation, logistics, leasing) knowledge is a plus
