Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Execution: Coordinate and manage various marketing communication initiatives, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and regional events.
Global Toolbox Adaptation: Customize and translate global marketing tools for regional product launches and campaigns, ensuring they resonate with local markets.
Content & Channel Coordination: Drive content marketing efforts, manage channel communications, and execute collaborative marketing with channel partners and Salesforce campaigns.
Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and analyze customer data influenced by marketing activities to identify trends and insights.
Case Study Development: Partner with channel collaborators or end customers to develop compelling case studies that highlight the benefits of our solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and report the ROI of all marketing activities, both online and offline, ensuring continuous improvement.
Event Participation: Represent our brand at trade shows and visit channel partners at key occasions.
Vendor Coordination: Manage and coordinate external service providers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Sales & Market Support: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, applications, and market development, providing them with essential marketing materials and support.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with experience in the conferencing and UC industry.
Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player who can multitask and has a self-motivated, high-energy approach with a touch of entrepreneurial spirit.
Project Management: Superb ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize goals, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
Listening Skills: Exceptional listening and communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Loop, etc.).
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
