At Swegon, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Development Director, you will be based at either our Ashby or Snodland site, with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As our new Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue for Swegon. By working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will leverage data and analytics to optimise performance. Your efforts will support our sales team through accredited seminars, webinar campaigns, and lead generation via selection software. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of our omnichannel marketing initiatives, creating campaigns that align with our company strategy and guide customers towards choosing our products.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing related roles
• Track record of successful lead generation campaigns
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Understanding of lead management and nurturing processes
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry advantageous
• Working knowledge of InDesign software package advantageous

o Optimise lead scoring and qualification processes to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency

• BIM (Building Information Modelling) Integration

As a Marketing Specialist at Swegon, your main duties will include:

• CPD Seminars and Webinar Campaigns:

o Update accreditation and quality of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars to maintain high standards
o Plan and promote webinars to engage target audiences, using strategic planning and promotional tactics

o Drive attendance and create subsequent nurture campaigns to convert attendees into leads

• Lead Generation Using Selection Software:

o Utilise our selection software to identify potential leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects into the sales pipeline

o Optimise lead scoring and qualification processes to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency

• BIM (Building Information Modelling) Integration:

o Leverage BIM content for demand generation, integrating it into marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers

• White Papers and Thought Leadership:

o Position our brand as a thought leader by developing and distributing white papers, driving brand recognition and credibility

o Use white papers for lead capture and nurturing, providing valuable information to move leads through the sales funnel

• Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns:

o Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach

o Align messaging for consistency across email, social media, web, and events to reinforce brand identity and improve customer engagement

• Field Sales Collaboration:

o Work closely with field sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives
o Facilitate field marketing initiatives and events to drive local engagement and sales opportunities
