SUMMARY:

As a B2B Marketing Specialist at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers, you will play a pivotal role on the Marketing team, with a focus on supporting our Sales Team and direct customers (automotive workshops and Wholesale Distributors). This dynamic role involves coordinating Marketing and Sales Co-op Agreements, supporting customer requests, monitoring B2B marketing budgets, and providing general marketing support. This is a hybrid role that works 2-3 days a week on-site from BILSTEIN’s Poway, CA office.

Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

Marketing and Sales Co-op Agreement Coordination, Tracking:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer co-op contracts, strategically assess the viability of customer sales campaigns and activities, and discern those that will optimally contribute to the generation of sales and heightened brand awareness for BILSTEIN.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to contract requirements by customers.
  • Methodically track and evaluate campaign performance for all co-op contract deliverables.
  • Facilitate timely processing of co-op credit payments.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Apply expertise in SAP/SRM systems to enhance the coordination of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with sales management processes globally.

Customer Support for Automotive Wholesale Distributors:

  • Fulfill requests for Point of Purchase (POP) items, product flyers, merchandise, and social campaigns with precision.
  • Provide content support for marketing campaigns, events, and various promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualize and implement incentives, awards, and gifts for esteemed customers.
  • Utilize your expertise in relationship management to foster strong connections with key account managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

CRM Implementation

  • Support transition to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Serve as a proficient liaison for the sales team, offering unwavering support and addressing inquiries related to new CRM functionalities.

Budget and Inventory Management:

  • Monitor B2B Marketing budget to avoid surpassing allocated limits and contribute to future budget allocation efforts.
  • Oversee and manage B2B Marketing Merchandise and Apparel Inventory with precision.

General Marketing Support:

  • Social Media Marketing: Contribute to the strategic design and execution of campaigns, content creation, and influencer strategy.
  • Provide tradeshow and event support as required.
  • Assist in the development, review, and edit marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and advertising creative.
  • Regularly update contact information in mailing lists with careful attention to detail.
  • Prepare and send B2B email newsletter each month.

Project Management:

  • Lead Cross-functional marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Champion compliance and safety, ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and policies.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
